This is a great mod but for some reason the USA and the Netherlands keep guaranteeing every nation.

just calm down if they get pushed over the limit they will make mistakes and errors that causes the mod to always crash so they are trying to keep it slow and stable they need to have time like a bridge with no support it will fall so they need patience in order to keep it stable just take your time do other stuff until they finish it it is a like source spaghetti it is a mess to bring a old version to a new version also with the railway system they have to maybe even restart the state system again so just wait play other mods or do achievements to take your time

We are working on a new version of the mod, there is no point in asking for update, we are already working on it

does it only work in 1.9.x ? or i can play it in a bit newer versions?

Asking for an update doesn't mean nagging to me it tells the dev we love this mod and are keen to keep playing thank you.
