The trigger only happends when the one who's holding the trinket uses a friendly skill. So in context of Banished Hunter you get the buff when you activate Parrying Stance

Just to put it into perspective. Spine which is the animation software costs $300. And then you don't have art yet. Commisioning art + anim costs at least $1000. Since this is a hobby I ain't paying that much money just so people like you can feel entitled. Just because something reuses assets doesn't mean it's bad quality. But that's easy coming from someone who hasn't nmade shit himself.
