i can't reproduce your bug at all, even when getting a kill at 1 HP. your problem should probably be an issue with a different weapon mod or mutator.

by default, yeah. you can tweak this behavior in the settings w/ the "affect" checkboxes

yeah it should. to use mutators in conquest, you just have to enable them in the regular mutator menu.

Not gonna lie,since bots are a little dumb,this can be a good replacement to have to carry a first aid kit 24/7 for every single shot you take

Technically, it's possible. However, right now it would be impractical because it would require that the mutator comes with its own skins, as Ravenscript in its current state can't access other skin mods.

If possible, can you please make a mutator that lets you give multiple skins per team. Im pretty sure there are many people that want this. I know it has been done, but one that lets you set your own skins. If you can not, can you please tell me if it possible?
