I can't influence buildings footprints except for that dirty harbour hack which I don't want to use.

I would love a version of this mod that is just the 50s building at the front. Generally this and the other Uni you released (I think it was marked "Party Headquarters" tho I gotta check) would benefit from a smaller footprint/foundation as it'd be easier to slot them in somewhere.

Wonderful! But Please can you change the textures of roof? Im a big fan of your works, they are awesome! but almost alll roofs are too different from those in vanilla, thats why when I build city threre is too much contrast, it makes my inner perfectionist crazy. I'm not demanding anthing, I have no right to demand. But I hope you will do it, if not, its not I problem, I will still love you!
