Just build an Extendable crane pump. You dangle it over The edge of a bridge, and just fill it up. And if your feeling sadistic. Add an Exectutioner protocol. Make it WATERTIGHT. And DROWN THE SUCKERS.

i have fixed the problem. it was VERY difficult and complicated to make the pools a separate cell, but still have an opening with the proper shape. the pools are now automatically filled with water

To fill the pools, couldn't you have some water tanks (fluid tanks set to water) connected to a pump on a button and it will pump the water out of the tanks and into the pools? They would be pre-filled if the user doesn't have the setting on that makes you fill up tanks before using creations
