I can't understand how to play him. He spawns at Pangea in hills 9 out of 10 and can't grow

I was hoping the leader bonus would benefit going wide, but this benefits going tall. My favorite playstyle in Civ V was Mayan ICS. Maya in Civ 6 was seemingly designed to flip the script and force the player to prioritize going tall. Having a mod that makes the Maya great for wide again would be great.

I was looking forward to using Pacal in my games but like Maria Theresa this isn't working for me. It just ends up saying that a mod failed to load and the leader icon is glitched. Also, when choosing him as a leader it just shows Lady Six Sky instead. Can you fix this or is it just me?

He can only do civs which were in civ 5 for animated leaders. So out of those, only Iroquois is a possibility.

Hoping the next one comes out soon, it's been a over a month and I've been giddy with excitement

@conorbebe: The head dress is big but the human size is similar to the others. If you look the head and hands are similar positions to the others.

The model is very big. Is there any chance you could shrink it down a little? Might help with the setup screen issue too, as Pacal appears much larger than some other leaders. Compare him to Lady Six Sky for example.

Having just looked that Himeji image up, I'd say that's absolutely perfect for Oda. The soldiers in the foreground really add to the ambience too. I don't know if you're planning on linking Oda to an existing mod, but I might suggest "Sengoku Jidai" as a good LUA name, and "Momoyama" for an agenda name to give it some flavor.

Excited for the new content! A couple of respectful suggestions: Please give Oda a better backdrop than that bland greenscape; maybe make Ashurbanipal's capital Nineveh like in real life; maybe make Dandolo leader of Italy instead of Venice, since the eclectic Civ5 gameplay might not fit in VI?

I wouldn't add Enrico or Assyria yet, because Firaxis might add them in the next upcoming DLCs

I will say this: it's most likely that the next release will be one of Isabella I,
Oda Nobunaga, Ashurbanipal or Enrico Dandolo. In no particular order and this is no indication on time frame. :)

@KillroyWasHere: As mentioned in the Known Issue above they don't work that well in the regular civ selection screen so they're unlikely to work in the modded one too well. Basically Civ 6 leaders aren't designed with massive headresses so this one is unusual.

@Deliverator23 The feathers on Pacal's headdress don't work with Sukritact's better Civ selection screen, they overlap parts of the UI and are cut off abruptly on the left.
