Hey everytime I place down a grid of these houses, they all pop up as low land value. How do I fix that? Its only for your pack.

love these houses, but does anyone else find that these are the BRIGHTEST houses out there. If I turn down the light so that they look normal, everything else looks pretty dark, so they still stand out in comparison

Is there anyway to remove the grass texture or is it just built into the model itself? I've tried using the asset editor but I can't get rid of it.

These are amazing. Any chance you would be willing to release the undecorated version of the homes? Am thinking about doing curved streets with asymmetrical lots. As of now I've plopped down your homes as square lots, but the perfectionist in me longs to change these to pie-shaped lots X-)

Hi reaper, looks like some of the assets marked 001 are missing when I load the game up...is this a bug? This shows up when I open the game with the Loading Screen Mod.
