@Neferata13 both are inventions of the colleges of magic in altdorf and are very very very rare. that's their baby, which they are massively proud of, so nah, i don't even think they would gift or sell it to Averland or Stirland (lorewise). they would send one if help is needed but surely under the command of a mage and his acolyte. it's not about having no magic in the TEB (you need to divide TEB into 3 seperate countries, they are not the same faction lorewise), it's just about not able to control such war machine without master knowledge. i belive it wouldn't be possible for TEB mages (empire mages are by far superior) to get this thing running.

it's just my opinion from a lore perspective. nevertheless thanks for this mod, someone will surely like it in combination with TEB ;) thumbs up

most of them are same as empire, but they don't have mage school, but like i said , many talented mages who can not be accepted from whole old world will come to TEB. And there's some legendary mage like black prince( he's a vampire ,good at illusion magic and death magic) . If you try Cataph SR and Mixu lords mod, you can see another legendary mage who use star( air/electric) magic

@CaptainSanfu I was wondering what sort of magic they would use, as Kislev had Ice Witches and they're neighbours so there should be some cross over.

Empire's subfactions like Averland would probably sell, even Stirland due to being poor as fuck. Also could be looted in war, or understood once researched by engineers. Many ways in which they can get their hands on them.
As for Estalian inquisition, I cannot find any lore on them so atm I can't consider them.

@Neferata13 of course they (Tilea) are rich, but estalian inquisition would murder mages and the border princes is a land full of outlaws, bandits and rouges. the empire would never ever sell those rare invententions to this scum

Yes , Tilea / Estalia / Border Princes , in my mod they can all build it. I think their mages can build by themself too, SR has many good mages (too talented but weird ,empire can't accept them) and inventors ( also tank is invented by SR inventor)

Maybe you should rename the files and have them set out in the mod order that's required to run. Most people should be aware of Kaedrin's Mod Manager now anyways so it will put these mods in order automatically.

And yes SR are rich as fuck, it would be too tempting not to sell one to them. Especially as BP are next door too.

Border Princes are Empire right? So they should have access?

i don't think the empire would sell a luminark or a hurricanum to the SR :)

why ? their have the same mages. If they can build , they can just buy it, SR is rich as hell
