Since its been a year with no update for this or the standalone hud I want to ask, If I delete the "ED_Hud.utx" inside this mod's folder, would it use the default hud?

yeah, I might update both these mods... the hud is pretty broken, I've fixed it for my ED port but not for the workshop mod lol.

You don't have the "Mods" section at all? Then you most likely have an localized version of the game. RWS did an oopsie woopsie with both GOG and localized versions, they have some files mising lol. You can fix that by installing xPatch and it's additional fixes or changing your game language to english.

But that's the strange thing, literally it's been happening to me since the first moment I tried to use a mod, it was a skin pack for the Postal Dude and it doesn't even show me a Mods section in Workshop menu.

Usually the problem appears when you have too many mods subscribed. My solution to that is unsubscribing everything and using "Purge Workshop" in game's options then subscribing again. If that doesn't work you can try downloading and installong manually like it's shown in this tutorial:

Could someone tell me how to add this to the game? The Postal workshop is super impractical and the mods don't appear or anything like that and on the internet nobody says any solution or at least not one that has worked for me.

@¿? I can, sure but there's currently problem with P2 Workshop all new mods doesn't appear in game menu, something weird happens with mods IDs in-game files and we need to wait for RWS to fix it. If I'll upload my mod now youll need to install it manually.

Polska wersja ED była częścią kolekcjonerki Postal X 10th Anniversary Edition
Wyciągnąłem kiedyś pliki z PX i zrobiłem spolszczenie dla Eternal Damnation.
Mozesz je pobrać tutaj, ale potrzebujesz oczywiście najpierw angielskiej wersji moda.

I asked Kesha actually, but still thank you! Fun fact: these polish voice lines are from official release of Postal X 10th Anniversary and John voice actor is the same guy who voiced Dude in P2. I dunno why they used Dude's VA but still it turned out pretty well.
