HELP MY CPU IS MELTING
Lemonz 21. nov. 2023 kl. 6:43
this is a bit, uhh, too big to be a destroyer; you have buried the hatchet and made a dreadnought, great job this must've taken hours to build
Asp 5. aug. 2022 kl. 11:52
ah, another destruction device :D
Marcusinfestus 13. okt. 2021 kl. 14:57
Woa...

This is used by captain jack in his machinima series for the green drones

Still my favourite ship design in the game after 5 years! :PinkDestroyer:

I could. I generally don't re-upload stuff until I have done a complete refit and made it fully survival ready. This is one nasty piece of work with it's thrusters. For example, Even after removing the obvious problems (and having a negative impact on the thing's intended aesthetic), there are a number of deeper problems. For example there's a thruster pack that's inboard on the main hull that point upward and tear out the hull section directly above if the ship is commanded to move downward... I really prefer to use extreme delicacy to preserve as much of the author's intent as possible but this ship might not be possible... The entire design is probably the most complex ever published making the refit even more challenging...
Ashengrace 29. juni 2016 kl. 12:02
World Corrupted =/

Guess there probably no chance of this getting re-uploaded either...

I can't, live in south africa thus my internet is slow
agrimes 3. juni 2016 kl. 7:22
I see you posted a few minutes ago, join the map when I get it loaded...
Patchi 3. juni 2016 kl. 7:11
Do you have the files for this blueprint. I was wondering if you could add them to the nexus forums or somewhere else as the workshop doesn't like downloading this file.
agrimes 22. feb. 2016 kl. 13:10
I have a magic pixie that can load anything. This is an incredible build from an art point of view. While it's more than a bit too braroque to ever modernize or turn into a practical vessel like the Volunder or something, it is still a breathtaking accomplishment.

Technical nodes: the game will crash at the first whif of ladders and obsolete inventory items, all of those have to be completely scrubbed from the file before it will load.
Be 19. feb. 2016 kl. 21:07
I tried to load this up, sadly the world was corrupt.
Rehl 27. sep. 2015 kl. 9:54
what type of computer do u have
dick eagle 27. aug. 2015 kl. 15:56
Thats very large for a destroyer 0_o
Dumblefish 2. maj 2015 kl. 9:23
you should call it the "fps destroyer"
Raymoulade 12. apr. 2015 kl. 8:02
It might not be resource friendly, but it's a very nice design. Unique and innovative(to some extent)
Black Adder 2. dec. 2014 kl. 10:51
This is an absolutely stunning piece of work! Its art! Brings me back to FF12 and the intricate designs.
Zombie KSZX03700MBxhZZ 29. nov. 2014 kl. 9:50

i'll be updating/re-doing Avian some time this month
Baitman 22. juli 2014 kl. 10:40
Hey man! Just been visiting your side and totally agree with your statement: "No Ship is too Big". Sure I hate that the computing of a big ship is yet not possible without laging (Imagine building a fully detailed 1:1 Scale Venator Class, which has approx 455 Blocks width and 220 blocks height) <- 1 Block in Space Engineers is bzw 2,5 Meters (Large Ship) and Small Ship 0,5 Meters, can be read on the Keen Software House FAQ. Too sad our OSes and Computers are yet to week for any close realtime simulation of such objekts in engine
Timm 11. juli 2014 kl. 13:08
how long does it take for you to build a super ship?
SiNEX 10. juli 2014 kl. 14:10
ja gut
SnowCrash 7. juli 2014 kl. 17:37
Love your build bud :nametag:

Thanks for all the feedback so far! I'm currently updating Avian with new blocks that have been added to the game, shout out to the Devs!
Reverend Revenant 16. juni 2014 kl. 21:46
Holy shit that is amazing
Khaos 30. maj 2014 kl. 14:49
DOES IT EVEN FREAKING FLY? LOL
Mike176 23. maj 2014 kl. 1:24
The designs are incredible, but one of the smallest ships is losing its cockpit as soon you go forward (accelerate)
Avelos 22. maj 2014 kl. 21:12
My heart jumped because of how amazing this is. I'm totally new to Space Engineers and this workshop item completely blew my mind.
Joorblin 21. maj 2014 kl. 23:20
in regards to an infinity build. I'm pretty sure no computer setup at this point could actually handle making a ship that big. Going off large ship block sizes in comparison to the player size, i would estimate that each block is about 6 feet or 2 meters. and knowing that a kilometer is 1000 meters. An infinity ship would be: 1000(meters in kilometer)x5.3(length of infinity)=5300. Then divide that by two because each block is 2 meters. You have a ship that would be 2650 blocks long. Plus whatever the hight and width of the Infinity is. Im pretty sure you would need a super computer to even try running something that large.
pimpinpope 29. apr. 2014 kl. 23:37
pretty fuckin' cool.

Just Alexus 24. mar. 2014 kl. 6:47
Thanks. It included in classification now.
ZENJIJI  [ophavsmand] 24. mar. 2014 kl. 5:51
@Just Alexus sure thing! apologies for the late reply, been busy with other things lately, i plan to finish another alrge project within the next two weeks!
Just Alexus 18. mar. 2014 kl. 15:41
Hello.
I wrote a classification of ships (here http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=234272884 - russian language) and need examples for it. Some already made, but I cannot build a Linear MotherShip with my 8-years-old computer. So, I'm asking a permission to use Avian as example of Linear MotherShip.
Thank u.
Fidel Battista 28. feb. 2014 kl. 6:44
love the details!
Dux Ducis Hodiernus(HampeMannen) 26. feb. 2014 kl. 4:43
Looks more like a cruiser than a destroyer to me. At the very least. Why did you count this as a destroyer? I mean it's really unreasonably big for one.
Dan2D3D  [udvikler] 25. feb. 2014 kl. 12:29
WOW very nice! I was too busy building my chip, but now got it. Thank you for this chip, it's what I like so I give you a thumb up. Very good job :)
Don Karnage 5. feb. 2014 kl. 17:48
Good grief Orion, i mean something that can house maybe 3 fighters/3 bombers. A light carrier design
ZENJIJI  [ophavsmand] 5. feb. 2014 kl. 11:58
i'm currently working on a Carrier at the moment, just the hanger bays itself reacch the scale length of the avian by about 4/5th's :)
Don Karnage 4. feb. 2014 kl. 7:00
Do you think you could design a carrier along the same style? I think it'd be awesome to see a bunch of small fighters puring out of the sides
SpecterCody 22. jan. 2014 kl. 15:32
Ive designed ships in other games so I know this is a pretty darn good one! Great work :)
