Do you know the lag you'd have? Why do you think the map needs to "load" between checkpoints in the game? If the whole map was there at once...oh boy. Lag, Frame death...and at best, you'd have 1fps, on an alienware.

If you're talking about my server, I have it on and off because I don't have a seperate pc to run it on 24/7. If your question is how to run it on your server, either add this: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=348130606
To your addons that the server downloads apon startup, or unpack the map file and put it in:

Cant wait for source 2! I really hope it allows open world. Vvis is like 10 years old so its about time valve has an update. Seeing what they were capable of back then, Who knows what they'll come up with now!

I could try to add an underground but that would requre cutting off a large number of brushes curently on the map to allow more to be added.

Could it be edited to suport a nexus, A underground area, And perhaps more buildings that could be entered?
There are doors that often lead to nothing but walls of texrures, It seems that it could be a great HL2RP map... :3

Could you possibly add a large nexus with jail cells and have almost all the buildings be enterable and with rooms and such? It would be perfect for HL2RP... ;_;

@commissar, thats a great Idea and I will remove them in a later update! Compile time is pretty long with my current GPU/CPU so it will happen when I have a large stretch of time on my hands!
