I'd have to be -really- bored to do the other two queenies. Caves, particularly, would be a lot of tedious work.

Got off my lazy butt and added the island queenie, a random starting player picker, and dealing the opening hands.

Use the included die if you want to, say, use the island only 1/10th of the time.
