Could have been good but steering rack clips with the engine block

The folder name will change any time I upload as a New mod - and I have many times to clear current uploaded content.

To locate the Workshop {ModDownloadFolder}, right click on the mod workshop page near the title, select 'Copy Page URL'
Paste it some where, you get something like:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/id=2110408069
The number following "=" sign is the mod ID
Hence it is found @ ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\2110408069
