this engine: yes

The forward-facing UP unit clashes with / replaces the forward-facing GP30 UP of this mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2843717509 after being loaded. The forward-facing UP GP30 entry is gone, too. The backwards facing versions are still available. There isn't any error with the modnames in it in the stdout.txt.

yeah these models need some love, i just havent gotten around to doing it.

Is there a way to turn down the light emitted from these units? Because they are brighter than any other models I have and it looks weird seeing a bright light from all the way zoomed out

The new Rock Island shortline just purchased a Dash 8 that they plan to paint "bankruptcy blue". Do you think you could add that as a scheme? it would look awesome

I think that might be an origin issue

The wheels seem to roll off-center as well, as if the axle or flanges were bent, is that part of the exaust misplacement issue?

@Tomahawk109 - This is related to the camera issue the FBX importer has caused. The F7 does the same thing (hence why the F7 has been absent from having new stuff released as of late).

Hopefully there is a fix soon with the new update coming

So far I have used the BNSF H1 and Conrail skin, they all got exhaust smoke emitting from the side of the locomotive, both the lead engine and reversed unit.

Love the Mod! Would you please check some of the reverse units? Three of them (NY&S ,SP & SW) are missing the pics in the list when to buy them :)

i think it mioght be the FBX impoirter, when you import the the FBX the ME alters the origin on the X by -90 degrees. The EL-2B should be done soon, ill test that out

@themeatballhero Ah yes I discovered that after my post that they indeed have atleast 1 if not more 8-40b's :) I live in an area that NS serves so they are the trains I see all the time and as a result always look for loco's with NS skins :) hence my question :)

Okay had a look again and yes there is extra smoke coming from the right side of the rear bogies of the locomotive.. Thought it was another mod conflicting but on removing them the smoke is still there.. The smoke is the same as the top exhaust smoke..

i think BC Rail owns some locomotives like these, i have a N-Scale model of a BCR Dash-8 with some sort of skinny nose, but it might be a dash-9....

@twokimli the great NS actually have a dash 8-40b, #4800. I just didn't do it because of file size. Mohawk has a few more skins I need to upload.
@Tjohnson97 I love NYS&W! I grew up in Syracuse and it's one of my favorite schemes. When I got commissioned to make this it was the first skin I wanted to do!

Any chance of getting a Norfolk Southern skin as they purchased GE Dash 8-32B's which look almost identical to the 8-40B
