I love flying off the edge at mach 10, peak character gimmick (not sarcastic, I genuinely love this character)

Really fun character and love the theming but it overall feels very weak and a bit rough at times.

There's a lot of ways to loose all your momentum for weird reasons like Down-b for example that makes the character a bit clunky to play.
While the character is very mobile, the attacks feels very lackluster a bit similar to Sonic in Smash (Brawl is the better example). Low range on almost all the moves, most of the time you aim for stray hits with low rewards and you almost only kill with Smashes.
Also what's the point of Side-b ? I don't understand why you would want to charge it since it removes your ice mechanic for some reason, it's not strong, starts out slowly and goes way too fast at the end where it's easy to SD to the side.

hi I love this character and I almost main her but one thing that keeps getting me killed is shes practically a quantum accelerator if you try to wave dash with her am i missing something

So far loving the character, but had a few things feel inconsistent.

Using her strong attacks too soon out of a dash leaves you stuck in place, though putting stick in neutral before the strong attack will leave you with the proper sliding momentum. Not sure if this is intentional but getting stuck in place is pretty annoying.

The only other thing that bothers me is that reversing the direction on her upB and downB is finicky sometimes. I think some more frames of leniency on changing the direction would help the feel of it. B reversing the neutral special can also fail on stick often, (though I'll admit that's likely a me problem.) I'm wondering if there could be a better way to guarantee a reverse on it when you're trying for one.

Fun character though, she's definitely my workshop main.

@shplurmff oh ok, i suppose i can try that, honestly i've never seen a recovery without anyairial movement (outside momentum before) so that might be the reason i thought like that & also the reason why it gave me trouble against even an ai that does nothing at all (training mode), sorry about that (i'll delete my other comment)

@verslycken.thomas89 i think it's very funny that you think that. i don't know a single other person who shares that sentiment. i think you should try using nspecial a bit more in recovery, expecially the b reversed version. after that, uspecial's better for vertical distance, dspecial's better for horizontal. between all that and the walljump out of all them, i've never had trouble recovering from anywhere but the absolute bottom corner of the stage.

idk if it's only me, but sometimes her Strongs get stuck charging and i can't release them until they are fully charged.
Which makes using them during slides near impossible

Amazing work! She is well designed except for a little detail, the charge move should be Neutral special to be more intuitive. Most, if not all, characters i've played in smash and smash clones follow that rule. Can definitely see her a part of the main cast, she fits right in. Also, the pink scarf makes her base design better looking, maybe an alt with black eyes (
pupils) and white outlines, instead of blue would be a nice addition. Also, also, i noticed you made Lyca too, she's also incredible, you put insane effort into your work and it shows!

@shplurmff Really Cool Character, one Of my favorite characters in all of workshop, i Managed to Find some really good Combos with her, how good? well lets say it makes Smash 4 Bayonetta Combos Look Like a Joke

Easily one of my favorite Workshop characters! Adorable, speedy and quite hard to get used to at first.

@shplurmff I agree that it would be silly and would only matter for that match up, but the same can be said for S.Knight vs Kragg they can both interact with the other ones rock. If it's something that can't be achieved in the current work shop no reason to worry it. Just keep up the good work, you're doing great this character is a lot of fun to play.

@The Goblin while that would kinda be cool, I'm pretty much certain you can't spawn base game characters' objects usefully. (also that matchup would become a little silly if their ice was compatible imo)

This character is a lot of fun. I'm also happy to see some one make a solid Water aether.

If I had any critique it would be that a lot of rivals characters have mechanics that interact with other characters. The Ice that Zerra makes while looking different should be the same as Etalus. That would make a match up between those two characters a lot more interesting if etalus could armor off of Zerra's ice while Zerra is getting empowered smashes off of Etalus's ice, and both getting reduced friction as well.

That aside keep up the good work, can't wait to see how this character further develops!

if you could switch the side special with the neutral special, then i think it might help a good bit with changing directions since the player will already have the joystick in the direction to move zerra, and will only have to press one button. i think this would be an improvement to the current process, which is as follows. the player is holding the joystick to the side to move zerra, then they let go of the joystick to press the neutral special button, and then use the joystick in the new direction.

This character is Amazing, Its became my favorite custom character in Rivals, i also found some cool stuff with the character Like Wavedashing out of Side B, Currently i am Working on Combos With her to see if she can Somehow combo offstage with her moves to charged side B Which can kill, If its true i gonna optimize the hell out of that character and see her True potential, in theory she is the Best non OP Custom character in the Whole Workshop.

@IAmThortless Zerra's side special is a charge and rocket effect, where she spins up energy in her feet. This energy, while being charged, also pushes her in the direction of the side-special, with what seems to be next to no upper limit in speed. It can be jump and dodge-cancelled, and the charge is stored for future uses. Once it charges for about four 'pulses', two crystals form and circle around Zerra's feet like Maypul's leaves around an enemy. This indicates her charged side-special, a kick attack like her F-Strong, is ready for use, which when used accelerates her forward (in addition to any speed she may already have) and hits a fairly large area in her with about as much force as a speed-boosted F-Strong. Do note that I have yet to land a speed boosted charged f-special, so I can't say whether or not the forward-special also gets a bonus from Zerra's passive power boost when moving at high speeds.

syvanos can grow gras by walking on the ground, this combined with etalus's ice and put it in a bunny and this is the result . good job!

I actually really like this character. It really does feel like a character that is different and fun, while still fitting into the game. If there is one actual piece of advice I could give, is actually to the neutral special. I like it, but I kind of would like it if you quickly input left or right while she is doing the move to have her launch in that direction. As of now in order to mix up where you go with it, you have to be reverse, which is a bit awkward just due to how fast she moves as a whole. It's 100% doable, just something I'd like to see, but not a deal breaker at all. Great job with this character, and kind of makes me wish they were in the actual rivals roster.

This characcter is fun 10000. You can free style your combos and kills. The mecanic of momentum is 10/10.
Side b its a little janky, i got like a lot of SD but not a problem.

Great momentum based character. It's so satisfying mastering their movement with turnarounds and stuff. My only complaint is that you can't jump cancel out of side special resulting in some instances where I accidentally input it and fall to my death cause I don't realize until it's too late.

I really like this. It's kinda like taking Etalus' gimmick to the logical extreme. My only complaint is that they don't have their own theme. This character deserves to have their own victory jingle at least.

This is really excellent. Great work.

I think momentum cancelling with wavedashes, turn-around dtilt, and nspecial will be important for baiting and punishing.
