just a bug report, but when youre in gear 4, and you press up, then down, luffy jumps up and does a punch instead of the kick, just so you know!

This is a great character. a few of his specials are okay ,and used for mostly tick damage. Everything else is amazing and I love how each move is unique.Also I love the taunt. Each skill does damage which is cool. Thats about it 9/10

@NJlaw64 Make sure you're using the full aspect of the moves, it seems you're only doing the base inputs. The moves are decently balanced around their knockback/damage with the added bonus of the mix up potential of having 3 different attacks coming from either D-Special or Side-Special.

Could please make his down specail more "effective" and mabey make the side special do more then 6 percent because it takes so long to actully pull of and then all u do is 6 percent damage

At this time I do not plan on adjusting the sprites, possibly in the future.

The sprites *are* excellent but they look so out of place in Rivals' style. Use smaller, upscaled sprites instead!
