This is the most cool sentry model I have ever seen too bad Valve may never add this or make a new sentry gun

Wished we could've gotten a model released for these, nowadays fan content would've loved to try these model ingame to make the shield generator functioned.

Suggestion: perhaps have energy based weapons like the pomson damage the generator when shooting at the energy shield?

only way i see this being used is engies defending other engies

I think "Paranoid Engie pack" sounds better.

There should be a different pda for this that replaces the sentry.

Though I don't like the idea of engineer becoming more defensive, a new sentry would be really exciting.

the trap is cool but if its made then their would be a big problem with spawncamping

i think there needs to be an attack engineer pack,includes mini-sentry, super dispencer,being able to heal through walls, quikieports, teleports that has doubled speed for charging and teleporting

i think this new turret should be very weak but be able to detect spies and heal sentries within a short range

Why is it called "defensive engie" pack tho? He is already pretty defensive as is.

engi needs more love. i'm a medic main and knowing that he only has 5 melee weapons makes me feel bad for the texan

neat, a PDA idea that is based on mechanics rather than asthetics! Now if only there was a PDA workshop submition that replaced all buildings with sentries, with a look and weapon taunt inspired by the meet the engineer video. I would vote that up in a heartbeat! just call it the "More Gun PDA" I can even see the description: "the best way to stop some big mean mother hubbard from tearing you a structually superfluous new behind!" (note if anyone reads this and decides to make it, please add me as a contributer)

I think if they would add this it would be a new pda and the shield gen would replace the dispencer and to ballance it out if you shoot the shield it should get smaller and smaller but by a tiny bit so a heavy wouldn't just insta break it the real problem is what would happen when you would upgrade the bear trap it could hold them for longer or do more damage but valve will deside besides we need a new pda and another pda for mini dispencers and mini teleporters pair that with the gunslinger and you got a real battle engi

I don't thing it's a good idea to put those in game. It would totally change the engi class, even more than using minis. Unbalanced class on the way with those items.

Valve, give the Engineer some love.

I'd rather have the shield replace the dispenser, don't forget the f2p's who won't use it just because it does no damage.

Shield can't be placed right next to Sentry, due to Camping Idea
Bear Trap: .-. I got nothing there, These sound awesome
ALSO, It should make it where you can have a different Construction thing
Sentry replaced by Bear Trap
Dispensor replaced by Shield Generator
