I also used this as my first mod creating experiment. stuck on texture dds conversions though.

I'm aware of what Lothern Sea Guard looked like on TT (i owned a box of them almost 20 years ago), that doesn't make it any more logical in my mind. But Lothern Sea Guard were also a ground force. If you look at the Deepkin (who in AoS stole most of the High Elves sea based themes) they're very lightly armoured - generally - which tends to make more sense for a mariner. Ultimately it's just a suggestion, if he feels Lore (and simplicity given it's already mostly done other than redoing textures for Wh3) trump logic in this regard I'm not against it either.

Just a thought, when you (hopefully) port it to WH3 at some point, any chance the marines could be given lighter armour? Realistically wearing that much plate on a boat sounds like a losing proposition. Something more like what the High Elf Rangers wear in terms of armour, maybe with a bit of a mashup, seems more appropriate. Same goes for the sea rangers, maybe something even akin to what the shadow walkers wear would be more fitting.

Just thoughts anyway, it's an amazing mod I just always felt the armour seemed a bit hefty for marines.

This mod doesn't have generic horde lords, might add them when I port the mod to game 3

Hi how do you recruit additional fleet/horde? I tried that with directly recruiting from Aisilnn's fleet with 2 population but it just created a normal army.

Aislinn does not show up in the lord select screen for me. I am using Kaedrin's mod manager and no other un-required mods other than a camera mod. Is there a fix for this issue?

it won't conflict, you'll have 2 of them ingame

Should be mentioned somewhere that high elf hordes have a 75% action point requirement to encamp. As i found out when playing the Nagarythe remake mod that made Alith Anar a horde. Easy fix but could be confusing for some.

Is he availabe as a starting legendary lord yet?

It'd be nice to see a similar mod for dark elves. I'm fond of all elves and your mods certainly make high elves addicting. But then dark elves are lacking a lot of flair and regional/factional units in comparison. :D
Would be nice to have more variations of low, mid and high tier infantry, because in SFO and vanilla alike you end up mostly using corsairs and executioneers.

@Dreamwell It's a roster overhaul for various different different kingdoms. It basically gives you the choice of building vanilla recruitment buildings or kingdom recruitment buildings.

Will Aislinn be getting more updates soon? I really like him.

It has a completely new roster, or it makes use of standart HE units + adds new ones on top?

I see that now the AI also recruit AIsliin (Tyrion did) but can other AI also recruit him (Eltharion, Teclis etc.) or if HE is not played by player, it would be available only to Tyrion?

@Xoudad, the effect_bundles_tables entry hef_ship_encamp has navy.png as a bundle target. Should the bundle target be force instead, and would this cause crashing?

Yes the skill dump is from Sons of Asuryan, I’m guessing you’re using it. The Skill dump might not have been added to Aislinn.

Got a question here, I was playing and noticed a Son of Aenarion skill dump on Imrik, but not anything similar on Aislinn, I was just wondering if the skill dump on Imrik was on your Sons of Asuryan mod, and if there was a reason Aislinn didn't receive a similar one if it was. For some reason he doesn't appear in a lord selection screen. Even when it's only mod i enabling(plus unlocker)
