You can reset your modlist by deleting the file at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config\ModsConfig.xml
Checking GouRIMet page shows that the author actually scrapped the original meal mechanic and that mod offers two different meals instead vanilla simple meal. basically two different definitions altogether. etc...
Hmmm, Frankly, i will just tell you what i would do if i wanted to use both mods. I would copy the other mod to my local drive, and replace it's icons with my icons for my personal use. Probably the simplest thing to do. Just rename the files to whatever names GouRIMet uses.
Honestly, this is how i made this mod in the first place. Later on i asked diannetea for permission to publish it. I run many mods, but i doubt there's a single one untouched by my evil hands. >D
I would like to be of more help, but i seriously suck at programming in general QQ
I can see that GouRIMet defines its own defs for MealSimple, etc., along with its own textures for those. It defines the textures as having <graphicClass>Graphic_Single</graphicClass>.
It seems there should be a way to patch your textures over GouRIMet's textures but I can't seem to get the patching right. I think the Graphic_Single might be the problem, but I haven't gotten the code right to replace it with Graphic_StackCount. I might be way off on this theory.
Any ideas?
