The AO file is missing, I may add it later (Model relatively shiny in-game now.)

For the model I imported a bird model from a Toy story game and began adding the actual vulture eyes on the model/painting with red. Used blender for all of it.I am pretty sure I could do better now, but hey ^^

The neck isn't perfect, but this is due to how I set up the first model. I may revisit it at a later date, but I'm now working on more fun models for the dwarf/queen to animate. Nice thing about the snow white ride in paris the animatronics are all basic and crap, so that helps haha.
