This mod is really broken. Game modes don't work as they should.

This game can TOTALLY be transformed into a resident evil game with this mod and the collections and instructions! Amazing!

you can activate 3rd person in the l4d2 console without downloading any mods, just type thirdpersonshoulder in the console or bind it to a key, bind v "thirdpersonshoulder" , then theres various value commands to adjust the aiming offset, theres a l4d2 guide i believe as well to do it without mods

Ths is amazing. I love having Leon and Claire in two-player, or Chris and Jill. It's really good and brings back some awesome times.. Man, the menu music. My childhood xD.

Is there any possible way to fix the "No Shotgun sound glitch"While in 3rd person? Or is is not able to be fixed?

does the thirdperson mod disable achievments?

also while in thirdperson it seems while using a rifle or sub the bullets come out of your head instead of out the gun.

also there are no res evil inventory sounds while in regular match, the sound it makes when you pick up something is not there.

As a hardcore Resident Evil series fan, I must say this is a good mod, but it lacks a few things. The first thing I noticed is it lacks horror. Of course I wouldn't expect that for an action-themed FPS horror game, so it's kinda hard unless custom maps are made. And also, Resident Evil 4 - 6 has turned into an action game since then.

Another thing is it lacks "struggle", the thing which I call it from the original RE series when a zombie gets you, bites you and then you get away. I found a plugin that is similar to that. Although another kind of mod is needed for it work. I would say it would be a very great addition to this mod. I'd say I could probably help with scripting/coding for it after I learn how the L4D2 system works, I heard it's different from Garry's Mod and a bit harder?.

While lacking struggles and more horror, it somewhat "destroys" the "whole point of the RE series".

8/10. A good mod but lacking two things from Resident Evil series.

Also add small amounts of commons in versus with posibly the boomer bile able used on other players.

I wish there were servers for the versus! I played it with my friend and loved it! Kicking Leon.S.Kennedy's ass as Jill Valentine was extremely satesfying. If anyone knows of servers for versus, please tell me. Also thought the mod would be better and more like Resident Evil if the zombies walked in the RE game modes but that's just my thoughts. Shotgun not being able to be heard in third person should be fixed first though.
