It's a model, I found it by searching "strip" in the spawnmenu. To configure it, use the face poser. Then to make the magic happen, put a light behind it.

Ого! Этот аддон делает реальные скрипты теней! И этот аддон связывается с материал-паками у которых есть прозрачные места. Или невидимыми местами. Ну... Как кому нравится. Если что я по скриншотам понял.
