I love randomly getting a message that a farmer got one shot by random lightning

Having 6 of my guys sleeping in a tent all die at the same time was a tad too much for me. Glad you made this mod.

Just tested it, and it works fine. So my guess is either you don't have the mods in the right order, what's damaging you isn't lightning, or you have another mod adding lighting that damages you too.

I really like your main mod (Dangerous Hazards), but the lightning totally ruins it for me. Unfortunately this patch does not work.

I don't really see it any different than say, the random chance an enemy will bypass your block a few times, killing your character. Even the argument that armour can mitigate it works for lightning too, since there is armour in vanilla with burn resistance.

But to each their own. Hence the mod. :)

Imagine that Dangerous Hazards added 6 invisible landmines into random locations on the Kenshi map. Your chances of accidentally stepping on one are very unlikely, but increase as you play longer. That's how lightning bolts work if they can damage you and you somehow get struck by lightning multiple times in a short time.. This happened to a few players already despite its improbability. 1 bolt = easily survivable, multiple lightning bolts = instant death. Get this add-on to remove damage from lighting so Kenshi can kill you properly instead of rolling the dice every step in the rain.
