i would put a block in the middle and secure it with arms to the inner layer with gravity generators on part of that block

would be cool if you tried to put some rotating gravity generator inside the core to stimulate gravity and then possilby put something in orbit, like a small asteriod and attach landing gear to it and make ships orbit a planet. would be awsome
