Well, turns out that if you have all in one ubersreik mod and also this one enabled at the same time the game crashes on startup. Can only have one at a time.

@Adepta Kerillian It should work fine if you started a new campaign as Orion, I don't know what else could cause that, sorry :/

Dosent seem to work for me, I built the building and it has the second node under the wastalker tab but there no recruit option it says another character will be available next turn.
