It's the entire map, I believe I fixed it. A friend of mine sent me their bsp file and that fixed it, not gonna question why it fixed it but it did. I will blame having done a factory reset and something got lost in having re-downloaded everything.

To update my comment, it says this:

CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: 'maps/sfm_kong_king_apartment.bsp' is not a valid BSP file

Not sure why its saying this. :( I really love this map and use it a lot.

So, for some reason, this map will not load as of 3/24/16 at least for me, and I unsubscribed, and re subbed. For some reason it refuses to load. :\

That's because the bsp version is 21, the Source Filmmaker engine can handle newer map versions than Gmod can, I'm guessing. No idea how to downgrade a map if that's even possible. Sorry, can't help you there.

Right so it gives me this on the console when trying to start the map: CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: Map 'maps/sfm_kong_king_apartment.bsp' bsp version 21, expecting 20
map load failed: sfm_kong_king_apartment not found or invalid
Any idea where i could find "20"?

Nevermind. It just fudged around with the workshop since this is the first thing i downloaded into sfm.

Assuming you got this from the workshop it should be in SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\maps\

It's just "sfm_kong_king_apartment.bsp" in maps.

Not in Garry's Mod, no. In Source Filmmaker, which this map is designed for from the start, you can place lights that emulate daytime.

M8 if you want day time, you need to edit the map. Sadly there isn't any button to magically turn it to day...

Haven't tried it in Gmod. Don't expect it to work but you can try it.

@Rappy Try adding your own lights. I actually enjoy using this map since the map's lights don't have a too big effect on my lights. :3

I'm sorry, but... is it possible for you to port this over to Garry's Mod? Custom TF2 maps are kinda rare on there, and making TF2-related pics on the HL2 maps looks kinda weird.

Great map and all, but ... Where can I find posable doors? I be animating and people won't be able to open and close doors if they can't use the doors already built-in to the map!
