@stringer bell, fixed it! I played around with districts and themes and all that. I erased all my district in that particular area (was right between a park and a university district areas) and that seems to have it fixed. Thanks for your support and keep it up man!

Hmmmm beats me. I would make sure you haven't added them to any district style? (but I'm guessing you didn't). Does this only happen to my assets? It's really strange. I built these using vanilla building template so they are essentially just using the vanilla high commercial buildings attributes and I haven't encountered any issue (nor does it seem to be happening to other users), so I would guess maybe some mod is making them disappear on your end. Sorry can't be more helpful. I think Plop the Growables does have a function that stops buildings from despawning so maybe try that? Thanks for supporting this collection.

thanks for the quick answer. I tried with high density zoning, low density, plopping and then using move it!... but nothing seems to be working. It also happens to your other magnificent retail shops. Downloaded them all as they look amazing man! Maybe plop the growables?

@sonny mactavish Did you plop it on high density commercial tiles because if you do not it will disappear unless you have mods that prevent buildings from despawning when placed on wrong type of tiles. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the great asset. Getting a Oxford Street retail area in my town but every time I plop this after a few secs it just disappears. I have Ploppable Rico Mod, made it historical building, zone / dezone it but nothing seems to work. Am I missing something?
