update: it was specular reflections being off that caused it

I'm having issues, there are a couple shelves that show up as error textures for me. I have css mounted.

@benjamins wetwrinklypickle mount css source, if youre still getting errors its something on your side, disable all addons, verify files, idk.

literally every realism map i get has 100 error textures

@jokers trick this map is run on sunrust zombie survival, but you trigger them by playing the map on the zs gamemode and waiting for wave 1 / wave 6 to start, respectively

what are the two songs exactly? I don't think I see any ZS servers running this map, so I'd like to know unless there's a way to trigger them.

actually the dirt would be a different shade of brown because in that part of the world the salt content in the water changes the dirts hue. you should probably redo the hole map.

@jepstein1953 working on a new version that adds a whole bunch of things on top of fixing that issue, it seems to be an oversight that i didnt notice when making and testing the map as the missing envmap error doesnt show up on my end for some strange reason.

this looks nothing like the arctic and any island near the arctic would be composed of ice and snow and the snow dosent look thic at all

@Creepy Kevin because a), it has a big model and texture pool most mappers draw from b) you can easily pirate the content for it if you really feel like not buying a 10$ game and c) i'd rather not have a map over 300 mb in size packed of content players should already have anyways. most gamemodes in gmod rely on css being mounted anyways so its not like its just maps.
like literally, it takes a google search to find and download the content from css

you need css, nothing else, if you're seeing errors disable all addons and dont use the 64x branch of gmod, if there's still errors your computer is broken

@Kanne Kamui most maps in the workshop have garbage optimization or none at all, so yeah, high fps is a feature i suppose
