Does this include modded clothing that has gender tags, like the items from Victorian Era Apparels?

I found this mod because I randomly had a colonist equip a tophat because they were my socail pawn and it's dapper and high class attire, and later saw they had a negative mood about gendered clothing and was so confused :P

I'm just bewildered, I also had a "Huh?" moment. It's such a stupid debuff I thought I accidentally modded it in.

Beginning to think Tynan's a creep with some of the other off mechanics I've seen like romance.

I love Rimworld but I hate how needlessly gendered things are. And that's not just from me being trans, it's bad game-design having to micromanage your clothes so that every colonist gets specifically one of two identical things, instead of just one singular thing. Here's hoping they update out the annoying clothing dichotomy.

@sindri42 I know, right? It really miffed me the wrong way when I saw that moodlet. Its a vest, as if you never saw a woman with a vest. Or a dude in a dress.

This is a basic patch application, that simply removes the apparel/gender tag. So if mods adding race-specific gear are using a different tag, no it wouldn't work.

Thanks for making this. Hopefully the gender-specific clothing requirements will be removed from vanilla sooner rather than later.

I do wish the clothes would just be unified and you could simply switch the item's appearance between masculine, feminine, and unisex. Which one a pawn would default to would be weighted accordingly, factoring in things like age and sexuality.

I know that's far beyond the scope of your mod, I'm just thinking out loud.

@weregamer This only applies to royalty gear. Honestly, gender specific gear only makes it harder to understand the new royalty mechanics.
