well, i cant tell what needs to be done, but models can be compressed to be around 20mb, i see that you just started and already made really nice blocks!
I am sure other graphic devs will be happy to help in discord servers for modding SE models.

why they are SO HUGE! no go for servers... mod too big for it's value.

Brilliant walls.

Can I suggest making the Outset version a full cube? It would make it easier to place and avoid visible gaps when viewed from the other side.

Also the LODs seem to trigger a bit too early.
