Because this is just a script addon so it's only included script file.
If you wanna apply skin, this mod is does not help because this addon does not included any model and material files.

+Yeah, in this thumbnail is included practice grenade, but this script is has referenced normal grenade(Not a practice). So don't worry, that thumbnail is just random picked image.

This is a bit old, but L4D hands don't appear with this. Not a huge problem but with grenade launcher skins, all I see is the gun moving itself to reload.
