true realism: a bullet to the head wont always kill or damage but a bullet to the toes will fatally injure your opponent

Is there a way to set an exception on some weapons? I have an addon which adds a bow and with this mod the bow kinda sucks

I was thinking more on the lines of how Doom 1 & 2 calculate damage but I guess XCOM is a good inspiration for random damage too.

I found interesting thing.
When poison headcrab bites enemy, it deals damage equal to (enemy total health - 1) in vanilla GMOD. But if your damageroulette applied, poison headcrabs can kill enemy by increased damage.
