Just deleted my question re 1.3 to say thank you so much for all your hard work! I know you're working on D9 when you can, and I can completely appreciate mental health getting in the way. You are excellent and thank you for all these great mods! <3

@My man boobs are better If that's the information you wanted, you should have asked for it directly instead of asking unrelated questions. Arcades will be available on steam once they're actually functional in 1.1.

edit cause steam doesnt let you: on steam, but do on the github link that you sent me. ok thank you, this is what i wanted and was asking for. even if its not available on steam

ok, so basically then, to keep it simple, the only thing i wanted were the hard to get skill gaining arcade machines from additional joy objects 1.0. And in short those are not listed on either of these additions, so they do not exist in the form of a 1.1 download.

@My Man boobs are better There is no single mod called "Additional Joy Objects" for 1.1. These mods are part of the Additional Joy Objects collection [github.com].

i didnt say combined, Is additional joy objects 1.1. is the name of that mod called Additional Joy Objects - Misc. ??? because there is no mod on steam that says Additional Joy Objects 1.1. there is a classic one that is highlighted in the description of this pack which was updated sep.28 2019 and is on version 1.0 and it tells me its out of date.

@My man boobs are better There is no "combined" mod - updating the same thing across multiple repos is incredibly tedious.

@dninemfive I only see 2 mods in this collections, additional joy objects-misc which says its only adds a few things like darts and cruise ships etc.. and additional joy objects - paintings? there is no base mod that I see.

@My man boobs are better wym? All the updated modules are in this collection. Still working on updating the rest.

Not saying RimWriter's bad, just that it's not my cup of tea

@dninemfive I usually just use them to build libraries to spruce up my base, they look nice and make me feel like my colony has made huge leaps. I think that Cupro's books were kinda better because having abstracted shelves that fit the game's theme was better than the rag-tag uncopyable books that seem to write random jibberish.

If you make your own book mod I'd recommend being able to copy books and them possibly generating better information (skill, nonfiction, fiction etc).
Icezera 26. apr. 2020 kl. 15:39
I used books! I loved your implementation of books.
dninemfive  [ophavsmand] 26. apr. 2020 kl. 14:13
@Starfoth The Burgundy Silk Rug Thanks for the feedback. I have ideas to improve on books compared to RimWriter but I was under the impression nobody really used books anyway.
Starfoth The Burgundy Silk Rug 25. apr. 2020 kl. 23:29
For me RimWriter isn't really that great imho. It doesn't have the same charm or content as Dwarf Fortress's books and oftentimes just feels meh. Plus Cupro's books feel like they fit RimWorld's style a lot more and are a lot more comfortable style-wise with a lot of other mods.
dninemfive  [ophavsmand] 25. apr. 2020 kl. 22:51
@TitaniumTurtle No, but books are on the list of modules. What do you think of RimWriter? I found that largely fit my purposes in 1.0.
TitaniumTurtle 25. apr. 2020 kl. 22:29
Do these include books? It doesn't look like it at first glance, but that is honestly the only part I want.
Think3r 21. apr. 2020 kl. 2:48
Nice! Would you mind commenting here, once you uploaded another module? Thanks.
