Index ownership doesnt matter Since the two hla destinations are not marked as 'asset packs', and they contain all the models, I was able to build this map with the models by extracting the two hla destination vpks under game/steamtours_addons, so I could include them as addons in stema workshop and so I could use the asset browser. Before publishing, I changed changed the dependancies from these local folders to the fileids of the two submissions by editing the file, you can see they are listed to the left. I have to extract the vpks so I can see the models in thw browser.

Its confirmed, I can play ur map in steam home. But im so sad, I can't share my own map with HL models because I dont have Index. The Russel and City 17 models is only for index owner creator. Why????

I probably have to delay my publication. The place look empty without it...

Amazing! Im jalous about ur skill in hammer! Im working on a new destination, avaible soon with personnal customs props. About the index exclusiv asset: im not surprised. It confort my choice to not using HL asset. Its a shame for all of us ( vive owner ).

I had a similiar issue earlier with other people's hla vr levels and it not showing up. I do have index though, and later they worked. damn

Yes, but unfortunately I own an htc vive and I saw that only the valve index work with the Alyx's environments (which are required), it's really a shame because I was really excited when I noticed a new environment from you x), you make gorgeous areas and I use one for my home, I'm subscribed to all of them ! I don't know how you managed to make your areas but they get me hypnotized. It's fine tho I'll search a bit more to see if there's a hack to get there lol. Have a good one, keep up the amazing art and don't forget to wash your hands :heartris:

Nice work, you're really good at making interesting/balanced maps where everything looks like it has a place, you have an eye for aesthetics. As for the render-order issue, I think it's kind of interesting. I wonder what kind of interesting maps can be made which explore the extent of that kind of visual bug...
