@benzini shell'den methi kelden - This is based on the map theme. Some map themes have more subtle textures. There's also mods that can remove the texture from under trees or props, but I haven't played in a couple years so I'm not sure what the latest version of these mods is.

nice work.
To easily forest with them, I recommend checking out Forest Brush Mod, linked above. It lets you mix trees with a single brush.

@xonedl I'm playing around with some ideas like that. I'm not sure what I'll come up with right now but making it easier to pack the forests is high on my agenda.
