On space engineers, you can have a big and a small grid. and it does in fact allow you to have more detail with the right mods and enough time.

after the update a lot of things got messed up with a few ships
I'm afraid I cant do much about it

after flying around, both doors seem to be jammed and cannot open from the inside or outside, and the only way for me to get out is to blow the thing up, glitch through the front, or put it on a lift and exploit the glitch of how you can place lifts in mid air sometimes. can you fix it or tell me what im doing wrong?

You could try playing main assembly, although the creation process is really different, you can do any shape you like on the game... It's in beta atm.

scrap mechanic lets me put way more detail into my stuff then any other game ive seen so far

u should try playing space engineers cuz itle allow u to ake bigger ships and more complex also i would recoment geting the bundle cuz alought of the creations need a dlc to look complete and also keep in mind the mods take space but u can go to space go to other planets and more
