Hey, are you playing on Hunt? Because that's the gamemode where this mod will work. Have you also tried to type snd_restart in the console?

Oh yeah i know that mod. Good stuff.
Yeah i know how difficult it is to make these sounds, trying to come up with idea's with what you have available and making sure it fits Insurgency. Not easy work.

Good luck with finishing this - I did a VOX announcer for the VS AI modes, but never got around to finishing it for the PVP modes
