Everytime I discover "Grey's Rest" my game crashes hard any ideas as to why?
SailodeGrenn 17. jan. 2018 kl. 22:30
yay now I can finally correctly roleplay as Weiss Schnee with her summons! Great work!!!
Purmafurb 9. jan. 2018 kl. 16:58
can you only summon whatever you soul trap at the forge here once or is it multiple times?
DONALD TRUMPET 19. juli 2017 kl. 20:45
didnt try the mod yet, but amazing idea!! really hope it works properly for me
himejoshi ex-wife 19. maj 2017 kl. 1:19
Gotta catch 'em all.
Sogusaga 12. maj 2016 kl. 16:22
Can play like the Necromancer from Diablo II now hahaha! Thank you for this mod. Works really well with Summon More.
Raynel 9. apr. 2016 kl. 5:16
Well, today it has the mod name now "Greylight-FIXED," so I guess it was just a one-time thing.
magegang  [ophavsmand] 8. apr. 2016 kl. 21:14
Oh really? Thats super random. Probbably has something to do with the updating problem, lol. At least its working.

Aye no worries mate, glad to have helped.
Raynel 8. apr. 2016 kl. 8:04
The file name is blank, LOL. It shows up in my data files as... nothing, with a check box next to it. It works fine so I don't think it's a problem, but I wanted to let you know.
Wow, I just tried this new one and it is AMAZING. I only had one summon available so my testing is limited, but I can confirm that at least for the bear summon, Apprentice Conjuration correctly reduces casting cost, Conjuration Dual Casting correctly doubles duration, and Twin Souls allows two summons.
In my testing, Summoner didn't increase the range of the summons, but that's not really an issue since the base range is so long already. My testing was rather unscientific anyway, so maybe I am wrong. I had totally forgotten about dual casting, so the inability to increase the duration with atromancy/necromancy is not so sad.
This is still far above and beyond what I was hoping for when I posted originally. You are awesome. Thanks for taking the time to make a random internet stranger super happy.
Raynel 8. apr. 2016 kl. 7:31
Oh ok, I see. Thanks for the update, the link works for me now. It's a little sad that the perks that increase duration won't work, but I can understand the programming problem. Even just having twin souls is fantastic. I am looking forward to trying this out.
Thanks again.
magegang  [ophavsmand] 7. apr. 2016 kl. 23:10
Having them treated as familiars was intentional because if I labeled them as undead or atronachs it could cause unexpected behaviour when used with other mods.:)
magegang  [ophavsmand] 7. apr. 2016 kl. 23:07
Sorry, I forgot to set the mod as visible. Its set to hidden by default when you upload for some reason. The link should work now XD

Because they are treated as familairs, they wont benefit from the Necromancy themed perks or the Atronach themed ones, but they will still benefit from Twin Souls, the long distance summonign perk and all of the cost reducing perks (theoretically, lol. The only perk I tested was twin souls)
Raynel 7. apr. 2016 kl. 4:40
Thank you so much for trying to update this mod. I have heard other people are having troubles doing so as well. I believe it has something to do with the change over from when they were trying to do paid mods. I can't find the post I was reading earlier about it, but I know they are out there. Anyway, thanks for trying.
However, the link seems to be empty. It just takes me to a page that says there is nothing there and the file owner may have moved the file.
Also, do perks work with familiars? I thought they did not. It may be easier to label the summons as undead, if that works for the necromancy line of perks. It would probably be easier than trying to label as atronachs since I am not sure how that would interact with elemental potency. Since wrathmen work with that branch of perks, I wonder if these summons would too.
Thanks for all your efforts on this amazing mod.
magegang  [ophavsmand] 6. apr. 2016 kl. 5:43
So for some reason the system wont let me update my mods any more (nice1 steam), so here is a link to a FIXED version of this mod. In this version the standard conjurtion perks affect the summons. This will also work with other mods too. The summons are treated as 'familiars',

Raynel 18. mar. 2016 kl. 20:29
I know you had mentioned making perks work for this. Was that ever implemented?
Because honestly, this is the greatest mod in the history of everything, and if it lets you use your perks, it would just be everything I ever wanted in Skyrim.
Cap'n D 19. feb. 2016 kl. 16:59
Nope buddy, it's actually Russian.
Deven 17. jan. 2016 kl. 17:17
Nice mod shame the dragon is buggy
Yunfei81 10. dec. 2015 kl. 8:27
!Warning: Crappy english incoming!

Very interesting mod. I'm especially fond of the levelling feature. Thank you, I'll try it out :)

I have a request though:
I'm usually using 'Tame the Beasts of Skyrim 2' to tame animals (vanilla and custom ones). I would love to replace it, as it has too many features and bugs and isn't supported anymore. Sadly there seems to be no other mod like this... :(
Would you be willing to add some kind of taming option to your mod? I would love to have pet followers with scaling levels.
Cap'n Dent 29. nov. 2015 kl. 11:57
Absoloutely fantastic mod, love it!
HaleDamage 8. nov. 2015 kl. 16:11
Hello, thanks for making such an interesting mod! Been using it for my battlemage, but I was thinking of starting a sneaky type to use conjuration. Does Quiet Casting affect your spells still? Thanks!
Selfrychiss 21. sep. 2015 kl. 22:03
Great mod! But I cant seem to get your "summon more/well" mod to work with these soul conjuring spells. Ive tried placing the summon more mod before and after the soul summoning mod in the load order but it still wont take, i can only have one conjured soul at a time. maybe you can shed some greylight on the issue?

10/10 would summon again
Werde Spinner 18. sep. 2015 kl. 5:54
Summoned a Dragon Priest who then summoned a Storm Atronach to kill some mudcrabs. 10/10, I love this mod.
Onispy 6. sep. 2015 kl. 4:16
Worked, thanks :)
magegang  [ophavsmand] 5. sep. 2015 kl. 21:08
Put some ruined books in your inventory, then they should show up.
Onispy 5. sep. 2015 kl. 9:17
Sadly this mod doesn't work for me :/ If I use the Soul Fire no recipes show up.
magegang  [ophavsmand] 18. aug. 2015 kl. 4:05
No worries! let me know if you are still having troubles. :)
GamwiseSamgee 17. aug. 2015 kl. 22:30
Thanks man :) will try out, have a good one! and thanks for all the great mods and the support <3
magegang  [ophavsmand] 17. aug. 2015 kl. 21:51
Sorry, looking back that was supposed to sau Grand Soul Gem (Greater), but it looks liks you got the point anyway :)

Okay, so im assuming its just the Spriggan thats the trouble and no others? Go and buy a filled lesser soul gem and see if it works with that.

No worries! Working through problems with users is how bugs get fixed :)
GamwiseSamgee 17. aug. 2015 kl. 17:35
Yes, it requires a lesser soul gem and i have 4 of them filled

btw thanks so much for personally helping me out, it means alot :D
magegang  [ophavsmand] 17. aug. 2015 kl. 17:21
Is the spriggan soul in the correct size soul gem? ie Greater Soul Gem (Greater) and not Grand Soul Gem (Grand) or whatever it happens to be...

As in, does the size of the gem match the size of the soul?
GamwiseSamgee 17. aug. 2015 kl. 16:35
Im having a crafting issue, ive captured the souls of 4 spriggans and have all the required materials to make the summon spell, but its not reconising that i have the soul jem to craft it...Help! :(
Drainchain 24. juli 2015 kl. 8:15
Could you make them permanent? :D
magegang  [ophavsmand] 24. juli 2015 kl. 7:24
Thanks
Lemortede3 23. juli 2015 kl. 8:47
Great job on the video
Drainchain 14. juli 2015 kl. 5:13
Are these summons permanent or time limited?
magegang  [ophavsmand] 2. juli 2015 kl. 0:07
Nun.
Jesus 1. juli 2015 kl. 9:54
What dlc is needed?
magegang  [ophavsmand] 1. juli 2015 kl. 0:14
You know that steam has a rating system right?
Broddr 30. juni 2015 kl. 11:08
★★★★☆
SvarokPr 6. maj 2015 kl. 7:36
So epic
Staples McGee 4. maj 2015 kl. 4:27
Ah, alright. Thanks!
magegang  [ophavsmand] 3. maj 2015 kl. 23:26
Its always the same no matter what dragon you kill so you dont have to worry. I belive it was equivelent to a 'legendary' dragon (or maybe it was aincient? whatever the best one in vanilla is, it was that one). To get the IDs, if you still want them, the easiest was would be to just use the "Help x" function. :)
Staples McGee 3. maj 2015 kl. 18:16
Great mod! Never though I'd have this much fun with conjuration. Quick question though, is the type of dragon you get from the "summon dragon soul" spell tome random? Will you always get the same one? Also, how can I find the IDs for the spells added in this mod? I was wondering because if I level up and new types of dragons start appearing (right now they're all Ancient dragons) I might want to unlearn the spell so that I can relearn it for the different type. Thanks!

In response to the recent changes to steam which allow creators to charge for mods:

To be honest im really dissapointed. One of the best things about modding is that it was free and available to everyone. It is was community creating imaginitive content for other people to enjoy. There were no restrains to what could be done. It was such a special thing for me as a creator to share my little piece of the world with everyone, and paying for mods really ruins it.

I can understand why steam would think that this would be beneficial for the creators. Supporting creators for thier works seems like a good idea in theory. But it isnt about the money, its about the joy of creating, and having others experience your creation...
magegang  [ophavsmand] 24. apr. 2015 kl. 17:25
...I always used to get so much excitement from viewing the front page, and looking at all of the amazing content everyone has created. All of it free and available for everyone to enjoy. Soon it will just be a wall full of numbers and closed doors. It will be a dissapointment, looking at all the content you could have if you were richer. These days it seems like every game is becoming pay to play.

Modding should be free. If you really want to support creators steam, have an ad show before download. This way the content is still free, and creator still get a bit of money for their work. Monitzation is going to kill this community. It will suck all the life and joy out of modding for everyone.

Even though im not actively creating mods anymore, all of my mods will remain free forever. Im really sorry this has happened, an I wish it werent the case.
TravDawg 26. feb. 2015 kl. 14:59

I've summoned Stride, so now I don't have to worry about buying a mortal horse, just for it to die 5 min later. Best Mod! Great job Greylight :D
