Nope! Though I do recommend getting the valve voice over dlc. Getting it here may introduce little audible spicks and hitches at the end of a line.

But if your looking for the old ones you can change l4d2s language setting.

Last Stand has made it so you hear English dubs almost no matter what, theres no point now.
