This is a replacement for BuildAnywhere. There’s no need to load BuildAnywhere if you have this mod installed. If you’re having issues with gardenplots stacking, it’s because you have BuildAnywhere and this mod loaded.

Still can build garden plot stairs with this mod, I am using buildanywhere (1st version) just fyi but figured it would be compatible given the mod name?

It's clientside, you'll need to have it on the server and clients.
