how do you decompile the VMDLs?!!!

Did you rip it via the Hammer technique and give it a new rig? Or do you have some way of decompiling vmdls?

I wonder why they didn't change so much on this model. Perhaps they want give nostalgic feel on this game, maybe?

Huh, out of all the models I thought would be the first to be ported from HL:A to SFM, I was not expecting the Metrocop.

@Lenoax How do you port the models? I have HL:A, and REALLY want to port the weapons, scanners, combine walls, zombies, jeff, etc... (list goes on)

I hope you'll do the more iconic characters. All anyone's ported thus far is different combine. Not to say they aren't iconic, Metropolice is probably the face of hl2 behind gordon and gman.

Hard to say SD3D, I just use ninja ripper, and I rig it, I have more problem with the vtex, because they are dark most of the time, I dont know how to get the original textures just being normal.

How are you exporting the vmdls?
