someone get Rokko Chan into Megaman Canon...on second thought, Capcom mistreated Megaman, she doesn't deserve the same fate.

Rokko Chan is from a Mega Man fan game.
It's pretty much what you'd expect, and was a MUCH better idea than Might No. 9.
Sadly, CAPCOM has yet to actually recognize her existence.
