Yeah should be fixed now.

The 1.6 version is not updated correctly? You forgot to copy the def folder.
Kazeck 20. juli 2023 kl. 15:59
I prefer the current cost, honestly Farnsworth, for the cost you've suggested I'd like a console that lets us just summon a ship every month or two, perhaps with the trade-off of increasing raider frequency. Basically a trade beacon that acts as a interstellar light-house/beacon going 'there is trade to be found here!'

I agree with Prof, this is dirt cheap... if anything, could we get mod options to let us set the cost and resource amount?
Professor H. Farnsworth 17. sep. 2021 kl. 17:16
Make it like 200 Plasteel, 350 Silver, 150 Steel and 4 Advanced Components, that's sufficiently expensive for the specific ships and 300 steel, 10 components, 500 silver for the random version (because come on once you get this calling random ships for 30 steel, 5 components and 50 silver is dirt cheap).

@rselbo
Cost changes are done via the recipeDefs and should be fairly simple to accomplish :).
XANI 25. juli 2021 kl. 10:04
1,3?
rselbo  [ophavsmand] 19. mar. 2021 kl. 10:24
Technically I'm not the author, I just updated the mod to the new versions :) I might have a look at it
Angel 5. mar. 2021 kl. 0:15
Also @Krausladen has a good point, please do some recipe changes author, you can just keep making these and print infinite money rn.
Angel 5. mar. 2021 kl. 0:13
Why is this rated only 4 stars and not 5?
Reaper137 23. dec. 2020 kl. 4:25
lol, relax the random factor is good
rselbo  [ophavsmand] 20. dec. 2020 kl. 1:30
I looked into making it possible to choose the ship type. Unfortunately it would require almost a full rewrite and I'm too lazy
Reaper137 9. dec. 2020 kl. 13:19
I just thought of a good lore for the mod:

An intergalactic corporation of space merchants has created a headquarters somewhere in space and merchant ships from other companies of free lancers go to that headquarters hoping for an opportunity to get a customer instead of randomly wandering through space, in this headquarters they have several hyper space portals where they are opened the instant someone request a commercial ship. You need to craft the device to call the ships as they are nothing more than miniature teleporters, which collect the silver as a fee for the service.
AlotMaster 24. nov. 2020 kl. 10:59
would it be possible to let the player choose what type of ship gets called? It would be nice to get a bulk goods trader when I need one.
Krausladen 13. okt. 2020 kl. 1:03
I also lowered the work amount from 9000 to 5000 to offset the fact that you can now longer print money.
Krausladen 13. okt. 2020 kl. 0:59
Anyway, changing those cost values will help it fall more inline with its market value - and adding gold seems like a good way to balance the object cost-wise.

If you don't update the recipe cost, you should lower the market rate to fall in line with ingredients value otherwise you're able to print money.
Krausladen 13. okt. 2020 kl. 0:57
Okay, I recommend changing a few things for this, my current set up is as follows:
Market value 1500

Recipe and rough raw material cost:
10 components: $280 ish
30 gold: $220 ish
600 silver: $600
40 plasteel: $360

I raised crafting to 15
I raised intelligence to 8

I'm also looking into adding a research project in the spacer range.

Also, if there is a god, I'll eventually figure out how to make one in the fabricator that lets you choose the trade ship based on whatever tradeships you have.
KaylaKaze 30. juni 2020 kl. 19:58
You should be able to use RIMMSqol to change the costs to your liking. That's what I plan to do.
Amayu Otorih 10. maj 2020 kl. 20:57
Nice functionality, would have been useful if reusable or cheaper.
Pazik 7. maj 2020 kl. 3:41
Is there a way you can make this call a specific type of trade ship?
rselbo  [ophavsmand] 29. mar. 2020 kl. 8:20
Delgadimus: I added it to the description now. It is on the machining table.
Worst_Nitra_Miner_NA 24. mar. 2020 kl. 23:03
What workbench is it at?
rselbo  [ophavsmand] 20. mar. 2020 kl. 1:40
SY1102: I added the github repo in the description now.
SY1102 17. mar. 2020 kl. 7:24
I want to add traditional Chinese translation.Do you use github?
神殇丶听聆 16. mar. 2020 kl. 6:05
Only one use is allowed?
rselbo  [ophavsmand] 15. mar. 2020 kl. 14:49
They should show up in stores and potentially as random loot in quests. Due to the limited number of items in the loot quests the chance of seeing the orbital transponder is relatively low.
Thetaprime 15. mar. 2020 kl. 13:59
Do these appear randomly in the world?
rselbo  [ophavsmand] 15. mar. 2020 kl. 10:35
No it is consumed when used.
Ny_Hate_You 15. mar. 2020 kl. 7:21
is reusable?
