I dunno, @Pike, for me it was fine even without TF2.
One thing is, try to keep your enabled addons at minimum, some of them can conflict with the map.
Also there is a chance this happens when you are playing this map online.

Additionally, I have CS:GO and TF2 installed, but it doesn't fix the problem. Do I need "Valve's Missing Content" for this?

Probably just a shared texture, you shouldn't worry too much about it, unless it somehow breaks the entire texture, then it'll be fine.

Hmm? That's odd. I could've sworn I put in a addoninfo.txt also, I don't know about the meleeweapons error, as I have only default weapons as of the moment, but I'll see what I can do about that. I'm releasing an update soon that fixes some problems, but I don't know what to say about that meleeweapons error other than I'll see if I can fix it by including the meleeweapons entry.

This addon is missing an "addoninfo.txt" and a "meleeweapons" entry in its mission file. I'm seeing red error models because it's trying to load in weapons from other addons.
