200% was always too high, 140% makes fertile soil pointless, 120% is perfect

I have the same question as buzzle. The description still doesn't seem clear on that specifically. Does regular tilled soil still have 200% fert or is it 120%?

hey thanks for this, i didn't even realize that I was missing the old 120% rebalanced mod because he completely deleted it, it should really give some sort of notification on that. Makes me wonder how many other mods have simply disappeared and I don't realize

This mod wouldn't let me build soil on smooth stone, only on rough stone....................... I spent so much time smoothing stone and in the end it was impossible to lay soil there.

It's this like the original but with 120% crop growing efficiency instead of 200%?
