Correction: I don't use the Joy Wire unless a person has the custom Dopamine Deprived Trait or similar, which gives them a permanent negative twenty-five penalty to their Mood.

I'm surprised the Joy Wire doesn't do this already.

Also, I don't use that: it says "this device has brought down entire nations" for a reason.

@Mezz i think EPOE or the mod that expands the Achaeotech implants adds in an implant called Archeotech Brain Melder that removes the need for sleeep

If I recall correctly, cicardian half-cycler from Royalty DLC makes pawn not need sleep at the cost of quite a chunk of consciousness
