Updated for 1.6, sorry for the delay.
For 99% of the times it will work for newer versions, I mostly only bump the compatibility version and do a recompile compilation, there is almost never anything that breaks this simple mod.

The functionality of this mod is great but I think the interface could be improved a bit. the button can get stuck behind the learning helper if you have enough notifications, and the button also moves depending on how many notifications you have.

Is there any way you could make the button static, maybe in the bottom right side of the screen with the overlay toggles? Just an idea :)

Is there away to have it below the notification? because sometimes I get a dump of them or they chain gun in so fast the list goes off screen.

I had an error where closing a letter from a mod that I removed would basically break my game and with this mod with one button press closed it like magic.

I would suggest putting the "close all button" at the bottom as if suddenly a lot of stuff happens it could be burried by the number of messages

Would it be possible to get a hotkey/'Show at bottom' option for the close all button? I discovered the hard way that generating thousands of colonists with high social via Random+ and having royalty active at the same time generates thousands of letters. This would have helped there, and I'll be using it because it is helpful outside that, but having an option to use the closeall button feels kinda pointless when its so far off-screen I could have spent days trying to reach it.

In short: Awesome mod that should be a default feature, but please see if the button can be made less likely to slide off-screen.

@Fenerium It doesn't have an impact on existing games as it only closes open letters, it's using vanilla methods to close the letters.
