Yes, I've just launched it on a core only game and its working fine. Let me know if you have any issues though.

Heal root is free money and medicine. Add a bit of cloth and nutrimen and you've got industrial medicine. Always keep a stockpile of healroot even if you can't get a hold of nutrimen or cloth.

should also note that your pawn needs to have medical skill and at lest 8 in plants to grow healroot
