Hi, I'm looking for a way to make it so:

when props spawn as the kleiner they are t-posed and are unable to rotate at all however, when holding the right mouse button down, they can rotate only on the X axis, this should be for kleiner and props. I've seen it on other servers but for the life of me I can't find this script anywhere...Can anyone help?

so i saw this post on steam, where this guy says he played on a prop hunt server for garry's mod, that forced props back into the "old bald scientist in the T position" every 30 seconds and then they had to go rehide, so as to give the hunters a better advantage, thus making the game more fair and balaced, however, this guy failed to mention how he did this, so i was wondering if anyone reading this knows how i can do this, what command lines to enter in my config files or whatever, if you could lend me your help on setting this up. thanks in advance!
