type bind mwheelup +attack then type bind mwheeldown +attack then crouch with this equipped and then start scrolling your mouse

Can you please update this mod? Clearly the previous creator of this mod is no longer active and it almost seems like you aren't either. I just want to have the ability to turn off screams
